Wow, two Apple Stores just a block away. Literally! How can it be? Well, the Glendale Galleria has one, and across the street at the Americana on Brand, there’s a new Apple Store!
So… with a 30 minute wait for a table at Cheesecake Factory, Jake and I decided to blog from the Apple Store at the Americana!
Well, I decided to blog, Jake is watching some YouTube video on the MacBook Air.
And that’s what I’m using to blog – a MacBook Air.
I absolutely LOVE-LOVE-LOVE the size. It is absolutely incredible. The contrast between the MacBook Air and my MacBook Pro is so significant it makes my MBP feel like a clunker!
Yes, the MBP is bigger, holds a ton more memory, and is one of the best machines out there EVER… but a MacBook Air can go with me anywhere, it can do everything I need to do and with iPhone’s My Personal Hotspot, I can do just about anything just about anywhere.
Hmmm… maybe I should start a savings account for a MacBook Air.
They start from $999 for the 11 inch, which is what I am on right now!
Well, believe it or not, Cheesecake Factory is buzzing us. And that’s like 5 minute wait!!!
I’m ready for some Ahi Carpaccio and a glass of red…

does activating necessarily mean you have to sign in the 2 year contract at the spot? can you not activate? can you activate and sign the contract later? can you just walk in the apple store buy an iphone 3G or 3GS not activate it, not sign the contract, and do all that later??
